Questions behind a confident decision
Your budget, your existing website, and whether AI is actually useful. Let us address the practical concerns first.
Can we work with Ktrix from the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, or Europe?
Yes. Ktrix is based in Chennai, India, and offers remote website development and AI integration for international businesses. Tell us your location, time zone, and project requirements. We discuss communication arrangements, review milestones, quote currency, ownership, and support before agreeing the scope.
People visit our website, but few contact us. What should we change?
First, check whether the right people are visiting, whether they understand your offer, and how easy it is to contact you. We can review the service pages, project evidence, mobile experience, and inquiry flow, then prioritize improvements. A redesign alone cannot guarantee more sales; the offer, traffic quality, and follow-up matter too.
We already have a website. Do we need to rebuild everything?
Not necessarily. If the current platform works well, improving a few pages, simplifying a form, or adding a missing feature may be enough. We review what can be kept before proposing a rebuild, so the scope addresses the actual problem.
Why pay for custom development when a template costs less?
A template can be a good choice for a straightforward site. Custom development becomes useful when your services, booking process, integrations, or content workflow do not fit the template. We help compare the options around your requirements rather than making the project larger than it needs to be.
We get customers through referrals and WhatsApp. Why invest in a website?
Your website can support those conversations by giving referred customers one place to understand your services, see examples, and send a useful brief. It should complement the channels that already work for you. We can connect the inquiry journey to WhatsApp instead of asking you to replace it.
Our team answers the same questions every day. Can AI help?
An assistant may help with recurring questions when you have reliable information it can use. We can start with a narrow set of questions, connect approved content, and evaluate the answers. Unclear or sensitive requests should have a route to a person; the aim is to reduce repetitive work, not remove human judgment.
Do we need AI, or is a normal website enough?
A clear website, searchable content, or a good FAQ may already solve the problem. AI is worth considering when visitors need conversational guidance or help finding information across more content. We define a useful task first and discuss AI only if it fits.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer or exposes private information?
AI can make mistakes. A project should define approved sources, access rules, what the assistant must not answer, and when it should hand over to a person. We discuss these limits and test representative questions before launch; sensitive customer data should not be made available to a public assistant.
Our budget is limited. Can we start with something smaller?
Yes. We can discuss a first phase focused on the most important problem, such as clearer service pages and a working inquiry flow. Optional integrations and AI features can be considered later. The proposal explains the scope and estimate so you can decide what fits your budget.
How do we know whether the investment is worthwhile?
Agree what success means before building: more qualified inquiries, easier booking, fewer repetitive questions, or less manual administration. Where measurement is available, record the starting point and compare after launch. We do not promise a fixed number of leads or revenue; results also depend on your marketing and sales process.
Will there be ongoing costs after the website is built?
There may be domain, hosting, paid software, maintenance, and AI usage costs. We discuss which services are needed and separate recurring costs from development in the proposal. AI usage and support requirements should be reviewed as the site grows.
We are busy and not technical. How much work will this take from us?
Start with your business goal, current website, and the main customer problem. We then identify the content, access, and decisions needed from you and plan review milestones. Content tools and handover guidance can be included so routine updates are easier after launch.
We had a disappointing experience with a developer. What can we agree upfront?
Ask for a written scope, deliverables, milestones, payment stages, ownership and access terms, and support responsibilities. We work through those points in the proposal and agree review checkpoints. You can examine our available examples and ask questions before committing to a project.
